PET-OC 2016
The psychological experimental test operationalized for cataphasia (PET-OC) is in its 3rd release in French (R3). This is not a general test for the disorder of thought, language, abstraction or logic, but a test which is designed to the diagnosis of cataphasia during the residual state. We have proposed this diagnostic test strategy considering that it should be unfeasible to train a sufficient number of psychiatrists to the WKL classification, but that this phenotype deserve to be investigated. A previous French version of the instrument (2014-R1) has already demonstrated a 100% specificity and sensitivity for the diagnosis of cataphasia. But although this first release has been demonstrated to be very reproducible in the hands of experts in the WKL classification, this was not the case for beginners. The R2 and R3 releases changed very little from R1 but tried to improve the description of the scoring concepts. These new versions come with a 3 days training by e-learning and supervised internet training that is presently evaluated.
